Radar is an attitude. He represents the mood and tone of the TIB movement.

Radar is used as a logo for the TIB Movement. Similar to the smiley guy from the Life is Good campaign. Radar does not appear on all TIB resources, but is used on certain items from time to time. In the future, Radar may be represented in an animated form to help drive home a message.

The important thing to remember about Radar is that he represents the attitude and spirit of the TIB movement – gutsy, optimistic, persuasive and committed.
